Rental Policies and Other Information

• $500 Damage/Reservation Deposit required, fully refundable providing specific provisions are met
• Total Rent Due 45 Days Prior to Arrival

• 3 Night Minimum (Off Peak: September - May; except December 15 to January 3)
• Check In Time 4:00PM / Check Out 10:00 AM

Winter Rates:

• $  595  Per Night Holiday Weekends
• $  595  Per Night, December 15 to January 5, Minimum 7 Nights, Saturday to Saturday only

Summer Rates:
Weekly Rentals Only - Saturday to Saturday
